Is located in Donji Zvecaj, beside the coast of Mreznica. Built of wood, has 280 square meter and two summer terraces. Beside the house is a wellspring (lake) with trout that flow into brook, which flows into Mreznica. On the second floor are 3 rooms with wooden furniture, kitchen, bathroom with shower and two toilets. Ground floor is estimated for company, in big living room and cafe pub with refrigeration cabinets, toilet and a shower. Staying is even possible during winter. It has own parking lot. From spring to fall, rafting and canoeing members can be served with lunch outside the house. In summer, Mreznica is ideal for bathing, with temperature of 26°C.Well known chef Ivana Vukmanić prepares excellent home made food.
